Weds 23rd July - Planned Essential Maintenance
1.30pm - 3.30pm
On Weds 23rd July, we have an essential planned system upgrade which means we will be without computers for approx 2 hours, 1.30 - 3.30pm. We have planned around this as much as possible and moved some appointments to the morning however any patients who are seen during this time, all records will be paper based.
Telephone - We can still accept telephone calls, however we won't be able to answer queries that require record access, so where possible, please call us outside of these 2 hours.
Prescriptions - For safety reasons, we will be unable to accept telephone prescription requests during this time. Please use online services to request any medication and this will be actioned once the system is back up and running. If you do not have online access and need to speak to someone, please call us during the prescription opening times 2 - 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.
